Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate will work on a production line dedicated to manufacturing window shades and blinds for both residential and business applications. This role requires hand dexterity for assembling small components, with a preference for candidates with prior assembly line experience.

Responsibilities

+ Work primarily in the fabric/cloth cutting section of the production line.

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet inspection standards at each stage.

+ Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

+ Engage in cross-training to learn other parts of the production line.

+ Stand for prolonged periods during the workday.

Essential Skills

+ Manufacturing Line Assembly experience.

+ Quality Inspection in a production line setting.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

+ Good attention to detail for quality checks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing production experience is preferred.

+ Experience working with fabric/cloth is beneficial but not required.

+ Willingness to learn new processes through cross-training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
