Job Title: General Production Worker - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced individuals to join our production team for the 2nd shift, operating four ten-hour days. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are filled and bottled correctly according to specifications. You will be responsible for documentation, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor line performance, conducting periodic quality checks and making necessary adjustments.

+ Spot check weights of filled products to ensure correct weights.

+ Complete written documentation related to production processes.

+ Visually inspect finished products to ensure there are no defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.

+ Break down lines and clean different parts at the end of shifts or during line changeovers.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the line area is prepared for the next shift.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or fast-paced work environments.

+ High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High-speed manufacturing line experience.

+ Experience with line changeovers.

+ Ability to perform minor adjustments.

This is a Contract based out of Union, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
