Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The role involves performing inventory management, cycle counts, and picking for internal orders, sales orders, and third-party contract orders. You will be responsible for supplying parts to the production line, ensuring attention to detail is maintained throughout the process. The job does not require heavy lifting but requires meticulousness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Perform inventory and cycle counts accurately.
+ Complete picking for internal orders, sales orders, and third-party contract orders.
+ Supply parts to the production line as needed.
+ Unload trucks and move goods from warehouse to production floor.
+ Backfill bins or use paper pick lists to identify required items.
+ Pick and pack parcels of spare parts.
+ Load machine shipments into trucks and containers.
+ Fill material bins and pick lists, with the opportunity for cross-training in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
+ Attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in cycle counts.
+ Experience with inventory management.
+ Ability to effectively pick orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Forklift operation experience is preferred.
+ Familiarity with shipping, lifting, and labeling processes.

Work Environment
The warehouse is small but rapidly expanding, with operations running Monday through Friday. Overtime is less available for temporary employees, but more readily available once converted to permanent status. The work environment fosters collaboration and skill development, with a focus on operational efficiency and growth.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
