Full Time Assembler Technician

Pay: $18-$22hr

Shift: 1st

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in the assembly and disassembly of cars. This role involves tasks such as removing panels, carpets, and dashboards to redo wiring, tearing out wires from cars, and wire stripping and crimping to make wire harnesses.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble and disassemble vehicles to access wiring components.

+ Remove panels, carpets, and dashboards from cars.

+ Tear out wires from vehicles.

+ Perform wire stripping and crimping to construct wire harnesses.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Experience with wiring, electrical systems, and crimping.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Understanding of 12-volt systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience as a mechanic, body shop worker, or automobile hobbyist.

+ Background in car stereo installation, appliance or machine repair.

+ Experience as an electrician’s apprentice.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a large warehouse shop with eight work bays, with some tasks performed outside. The dress code is casual, consisting of T-shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes. Please be prepared for some loud noises, such as sirens and horns, while working on-site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
