    • Carpenter / Remodeler – Full-Time Opportunity in Des Moines, IA

    **Job Overview:** We’re hiring a **jack-of-all-trades carpenter** to join a tight-knit team working on residential and light commercial projects. If you’ve got experience in framing, siding, window, and door installation—or you’re eager to learn—this role offers hands-on work, growth potential, and excellent benefits.

    • What You’ll Be Doing

    + Meet at the shop daily to prep tools and materials

    + Ride with a crew of 2–3 to the job site (no driving required)

    + Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including:

    + Installing windows and doors (majority of daily work)

    + Trimming out openings and installing hardware

    + Framing rooms and decks

    + Cabinet installation and tenant improvement projects

    + Clean up and return to the shop at the end of the day

    • What You Bring

    + Experience in **carpentry, remodeling, or handyman work**

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Willingness to learn and grow within a small, supportive team

    + Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

    + Ability to start **immediately** and commit to a full-time schedule
