As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers who are passionate about renewable energy. Your role will involve ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed swiftly and accurately while promoting a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

    + Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving customer complaints.

    + Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

    + Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

    + Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.

    + Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in various projects as needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

    + 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong empathy and the ability to connect with customers.

    + Basic computer skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + A genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy is ideal.
