Description

Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys. -handling difficult customers and sales reps -lead time on orders is very long and customers call in about questions or being upset -order entry -phone que systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
