Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse & Delivery Associate to manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse located in Oxford, CT. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the primary person in the warehouse, working closely with office staff, project managers, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Fulfill and process orders, including shipping and receiving.

+ Store, organize, and assemble equipment.

+ Load and unload trucks.

+ Deliver equipment to customer sites using a box truck.

+ Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.

+ Enter purchase order data and process invoices.

+ Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.

+ Communicate effectively with internal teams and handle shipment-related issues.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

+ 2–3+ years of warehouse experience.

+ Valid and clean driver’s license.

+ Comfortable driving a box truck.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Forklift experience (certification preferred but not required).

+ Previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
