The Senior Manager, Foresight will lead the development of future-focused strategic foresight that fuels innovation, brand strategy, and long-term growth. This role will help the organization anticipate change, understand emerging consumer behaviors and macro trends, and translate those into actionable implications for our brands, categories, and business. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, consumer insight, cultural intelligence, and trend forecasting in a CPG context. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in insights or strategy, a passion for understanding what's next, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities Include:
+ Lead foresight capability: Develop and manage foresight frameworks and methodologies that inform long-term brand and business strategy.
+ Identify emerging trends: Track, analyze, and synthesize macro trends, cultural shifts, category movements, and disruptive forces across markets and consumer segments.
+ Consumer and cultural intelligence: Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Innovation, R&D, and Brand teams to identify how foresight connects to evolving consumer needs and behaviors.
+ Scenario planning & strategic implications: Translate foresight into future scenarios and strategic narratives that support planning and decision-making.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders: Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to Marketing, Innovation, and Executive teams—bridging foresight into strategic choices.
+ Trend activation: Drive adoption of foresight work by creating compelling deliverables (e.g., presentations, reports, workshops) and ensuring strategic alignment across functions.
+ External partnerships: Leverage a network of foresight agencies, cultural consultancies, and thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve and validate internal perspectives.
+ Foster an insights-driven culture: Champion the value of foresight and future thinking across the organization through storytelling and training.
