    Perform procurement functions leading the work in research, sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for OD. Establishes excellent working business partnerships with product vendors to ensure quality purchasing and receipt of goods while negotiating for quality purchases as minimal costs.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Acquire the best quality, price, delivery of products and service to assure arrival in a timely manner, comply with lawful statutes and ensure competitive bids are fair, ethical and above reproach

    + Review, evaluate and monitor purchases

    + Create and review reports to analyze areas where costs can be reduced for operational products, equipment and services

    + Ensure vendors comply with contract/agreement terms and vendor payments are processed in a timely manner

    + Evaluate vendor quotes and services

    + Interact with company personnel for products required and assure product specification are met by vendors

    Job Qualifications

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree required

    Experience:

    + 3 years of procurement experience

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to work multiple projects and meet deadlines

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP and SAP MM

    + Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    + Strong interpersonal skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information

    Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,

    Working Shift:

    Shift and hours to be determined.
