Work you'll do

As an OTT Senior Manager, you will bring considerable industry expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients. Other position responsibilities include:

+ Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk

+ Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

+ Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

+ Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals

+ Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Qualifications

Required

+ Bachelors degree

+ 10+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience

+ 10+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations

+ 10+ years of experience leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements

+ 10+ years of experience identifying client business issues, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations

+ 10+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives, and comfort delivering presentations to management.

+ 8+ years' experience developing and presenting proposal responses

+ Travel up to 50%

+ Limited immigration sponsorship available

Preferred skills

+ Advanced degree in area of specialization

+ 10+ years' experience in one or more of the following various sector packages; Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Fidessa, EZE, Calypso / Murex, Bloomberg AIM, Portware, FlexTrade, FIS, Eagle PACE, IMS Markit EDM, Data Science platform buildout, Ipreo (iLevel and ival), eFront, Investran, Workday, SalesForce, Market Intelligence experience: DST SalesConnect, Market Metrics Matrix, and Fishtank.
