About the Job:
The Content Strategy Lead is responsible for shaping voice, tone, and digital content standards, and drives impact across Taco Bell through brand consistency, collaborative execution, and content that fuels our customers' cravings. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to create content that's clear, consistent, crave-able, and aligned with our brand. The Content Strategy Lead is part of the Digital Product Design team and will report to the Director of Digital Product Design.
The Day-to-Day:
+ Define , implement and scale a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and creative strategy.
+ Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, marketing teams, and creative teams to create content that enhances the user experience while maintaining brand identity.
+ Lead the creation of content guidelines and documentation to ensure consistency in digital experiences across web, mobile, and app interfaces and track and analyze performance of content to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
+ Craft clear, engaging, and accessible UX copy, including UI text, microcopy, error messages, notifications, and onboarding flows.
+ Work with researchers and designers to develop content-informed user journeys, ensure seamless storytelling throughout the customer experience, and test performance of generated copy.
+ Optimize content for clarity, usability, and conversion, based on quantitative insights, A/B testing, and user feedback.
+ Employ a measurement and evaluation strategy defining and leveraging standards to analyze and evaluate performance of current content and identify areas and opportunities for improvement.
Is This You?
+ 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field, with a strong background in marketing, brand strategy, and digital content creation.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UX writing, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Deep understanding of brand strategy, voice, and tone, with the ability to translate brand messaging into digital experiences.
+ Proficiency with design tools such as Figma as well as content management systems.
+ Ability to analyze content performance and iterate based on data, A/B testing, and UX research.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degree (e.g., MA, MFA, MBA) in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required .

Salary Range: $108,000 to $145,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
