We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Talent & Recruiting Coordinator to support our efforts in attracting, hiring, and developing top talent. This role will be split between recruitment coordination and training support—helping manage job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews while also supporting employee learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Recruiting Activities (70%):
+ Post jobs on company and external websites, ensure most recent job descriptions are up to date in HC system;
+ Assist in attracting passive candidates through various sources. Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to attract top talent;
+ Complete initial review of resumes and applications. Identify potential candidates who align with the job description and Accord’s mission & values;
+ Schedule interviews, phone screens, and other recruitment-related meetings; Coordinate with candidates, recruiter, managers, and interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process;
+ Work closely with the Human Capital team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and priorities;
+ Assist with sending offers, the onboarding process, and other tasks as requested;
Talent Activities (30%):
+ Act as administrator for LMS system including maintaining accurate records, ensure that employees are enrolled in required and relevant trainings in a timely manner, monitoring employee progress, and generate reports/transcripts as requested;
+ Manage the logistical aspects of training initiatives, overseeing the creation of an annual training calendar, coordinating participant registration, overseeing materials distribution, ensuring adequate space allocation, and handling all associated factors for seamless training execution;
Other Activities
+ Assist with special projects as assigned
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree is desired. Emphasis in Human Resources or Business is preferred. Associate’s degree plus 2 years of direct Human Resources experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
+ Knowledgeable of general human resources practices, as well as recruitment, and learning & development activities.
+ Previous experience in not for profit and or human services preferred.
+ Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS) highly preferred.
+ Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
+ Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize department responsibilities
