    Job Description

    The Resident Assistant in Personal Care is responsible for providing non-skilled personal care services to residents, as assigned, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Duties may include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), performing light housekeeping, handling laundry, and serving meals.

    Preferred Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED preferred

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum 10th grade education or comparable work experience and work-related education. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have verification that he/she is not listed on the “Mississippi Nurses Aide Abuse Registry” as required by the State of Mississippi Department of Health; ability to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions; must be able to perform skills as learned through continuous on-the-job training.
