    Our client is a respected Chemical Manufacturer seeking a results-oriented **Process Improvement Lead** to drive operational excellence across departments by implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

     

    Located in Norcross, GA

    Direct Hire

    **Pay:** $80k-115k

     

    Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality across operations.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

    + Conduct advanced data analysis, including time studies, workflow mapping, and root cause identification, to uncover improvement opportunities.

    + Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

    + Serve as an internal consultant and mentor to teams applying Lean principles and operational best practices.

    + Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

    + Support supply chain and quality assurance initiatives focused on long-term process optimization and cost reduction.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

    + Lean and/or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt).

    + Proven experience driving process improvement, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency within cross-functional environments.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in workflow analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement.

    + Hands-on knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
