    **Pay:** $28-$30/hr DOE

    **Schedule:** M-F 12p – 8:30p

    **Location:** Beaumont, TX

    Responsibilities

    + Operates and troubleshoots lab equipment, including Gas Chromatography, Titrators, Mercury and Sulfur Analyzers, and Colorimeters.

    + Conducts analytical testing on incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished products

    + Accurately records and reports test results in a timely manner.

    + Keeps samples of shipped products for future reference and verification if needed.

    + Maintains detailed records of tests and procedures following standard operating procedures

    + Assists with maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure proper operation.

    + Keeps lab supplies, reagents, and equipment stocked and ready for use.

    + Follows laboratory guidelines and safety requirements.

    Qualifications

    + Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (preferred), such as Chemistry or Analytical Science.

    + Experience working in a chemical or analytical lab is required.

    + Experience in the gas, oil, or chemical industries.

    + Hands-on experience with lab instruments including Gas Chromatography (GC), Titrators, and Analyzers.
