    We areseekinga dynamic and experiencedDigital TransformationBusiness Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team.This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance ourend-to-endGlobal Supply Chain(GSC) for the PC & Smart Device Business Group (PCG)and Manufacturing Operations (MFG).

     

    **Key Responsibilities** ​

    + As the interface person of the PCG E2E DT team in North America (NA),maintainclose contact and communication with the NA GSC business and management team.

    + Lead andparticipatein NA GSC supply chain-related projects: NA Migration and PPS.

    + SupportGlobal Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design.

    + Implement and supportsupply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.

    + Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions forGSCprocesses and systems, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.​

    + Ensure high-quality deliverables andmaintainongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.​

    + Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher inSupply Chain,Operations,IT, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience inSupply ChainServices.

    + 3+years of experience in globalchain projectswitha track recordofdeliveryprocessorsystem improvements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chainstakeholders.

    + Proven ability toidentifybusiness process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.

    + Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.

    + Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.

    + Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    + Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience implementing automationsleveragingAIa plus.

     

    The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered forbonusand/orcommission.This position is hybrid 3days/wkat our Morrisville, NC location.
