About Hanover Street Capital
Established in 2012, Hanover Street Capital, LLC (“Hanover”) is fully dedicated to supporting the end-to-end functions of Deutsche Bank’s substantial commercial and multifamily real estate financing business in the United States. Job Description
The Analyst position within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Warehouse / Special Situations Group at Deutsche Bank involves supporting financing and investment activities related to various real estate assets. The role supports deal teams in preparing complex financial analyses, coordinating transactions, and producing high-quality presentations and marketing materials, all while managing ongoing asset responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Analysts support the following activities:
+ Preparing complex financial analyses and pricing models
+ Writing internal investment summaries and credit memos
+ Coordinating transactions within tight timeframes, involving several groups within Deutsche Bank, JV investment partners, and third-party advisors
+ Producing institutional-quality presentations, case studies, and marketing materials
+ Conducting commercial real estate underwriting, market analysis, and valuation
+ Managing ongoing asset management responsibilities
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and at least one year, including internships, of work experience in the relevant field, or graduate degree with relevant experience
+ Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills, with specific attention to detail
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$105,000.00 - $115,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
