Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted mostly remotely. Most in-person work will be conducted in New Hampshire and Iowa.

In this role, you will drive internal communications strategies for Human Resources and support functions as a key member of the Executive Communications team. You will:
+ Serve as a trusted strategic communications advisor to members of the Human Resources and may support additional function leadership teams.
+ Own the executive engagement plan for the Vice President of Human Resources.
+ Lead executive communications related to key employee engagement events, key leadership messages, speaking engagements and more.
+ Develop and execute integrated communications plans intended to engage and inform employees.
+ Develop and manage internal messages and campaigns that support our sector s communication and business strategies.
+ Write articles about milestones and accomplishments for our company website, intranet site, and Pulse Magazine.
+ Serve as the Executive Communication s team subject matter expert on the Human Resources function.
+ Provide support as needed for an alternate support function, in the process of being identified.
+ Collaborate with other business area, sector, or corporate communication teams on strategic internal campaigns.
+ Work collaboratively with our Creative and Digital teams to develop collateral (training materials, videos, brochures, web content, etc.).
+ Develop and track metrics in support of the function s and organization s objectives.
+ Ensure all functional communication adheres to corporate branding and identity guidelines.
+ Collaborate with other sectors or headquarters teams on strategic campaigns.
+ Align to the sector s cultural principles and model safe and ethical behavior.
+ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree in either Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related discipline. More than eight years of corporate communications experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong writing and verbal communications skills.
+ Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
+ Ability to establish high-trust relationships, maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion.
+ Strong understanding of internal and external communications strategies; ability to think strategically and build implementation plans that have a measurable impact.
+ Strong relationship building, negotiation, time management and influencing skills.
+ Established business acumen.
+ Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise-level communications programs.
+ Team-focused networker, collaborator and motivator with a desire to learn and grow.
+ Ability to identify, assess, understand, and make recommendations to meet business needs.
+ Problem solving skills, with specific focus on developing new, creative ways to drive communications in a changing business environment.
+ Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
+ Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness.
+ Can works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives, assignments are often self-initiated.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Defense or high-tech industry experience preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
