    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for managing the workflow of the team, assigning tasks, supporting staff, and monitoring results to ensure the highest quality of benefits services is being performed. You will report to the Benefits Director.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. You will implement processes improvement strategies to ensure and accurate workflow of the department.

    2. Plan workloads, set goals, allocate tasks, and monitor progress for the team.

    3. Resolve issues with insurance carriers, care providers, and retirement plan trustee administrator(s).

    4. Advise team on HR/Benefits procedures.

    5. You will resolve complex associate benefits issues involving CFML and policy.

    6. Maintain accurate records and employee files assuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and confidentiality.

    7. Arrange and conduct employee information presentations and plan enrollment.

    8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or 4 years related experience.

    * Identify opportunities to improve processes

    * Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised

    * Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools

    * Excellent administrative skills

    * Two (2) years directly related experience
