The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Night Shift Cage Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this role, you will oversee all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are being followed. Shift will be 5:00 pm - 3:00 am, four days a week, with three days in a row off.

Pay

$30.00 - $30.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Lead and supervise team, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development

+ Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures

+ Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues

+ Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports

+ Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations

+ Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at the end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable

+ Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed

+ Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary

+ Performs other duties as assigned

More about you

+ Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a gaming role preferred

+ Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile the vault

+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment are required

+ Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

+ No college degree required

+ Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally

+ Must be able to bend and lift occasionally, stand for long periods

+ Gaming environment, the environment may have moderate-to-high noise levels
