    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Coordinator to join our People Team! This role focuses primarily on supporting the content development, delivery, and logistics of company-wide learning and talent development initiatives while also providing general HR coordination and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks across L&TD and HR functions. This role will assist in developing new employees' skills and capabilities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and facilitating various HR projects.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Coordination:

    + Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, booking venues (in-person and virtual), ordering materials, and handling catering or other event-related needs.

    + Administer and track employee participation in L&D programs, ensuring accurate attendance records and providing follow-up materials as needed.

    + Assist in the design, development and management of learning content and materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant to the initiative’s learning objectives.

    + Manage inventory of L&D class materials and gifts, including sourcing, procuring, and maintaining supplies.

    + Support onboarding processes, ensuring new employees receive all necessary training and resources, and coordinating with relevant teams for a smooth onboarding experience.

    + Facilitate onboarding experiences (new hire, 30 day, 90 day), engaging attendees in meaningful experiences that will enhance their new hire journey.

    + Manage the 360 feedback and Job Shadowing programs, calling for participants and managing the end to end cycle.

    + Collect feedback on training sessions, summarizing insights and suggesting enhancements for continuous improvement of L&TD programs.

    HR Coordination & Administrative Support:

    + Assist with HR communications, including the creation and distribution of internal meeting requests, updates, and learning opportunities.

    + Provide general administrative support for the HR team, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating team calendars, updating HR manuals, assisting with employee record requests, and assisting with special projects.

    + Track and report progress on HR-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies regarding learning initiatives, onboarding procedures, and record-keeping practices.

    + Provide additional HR administrative support as needed.

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor's degree; in Human Resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.

    + 1-2 years of experience in L&TD, or in an HR Coordinator role, with a strong emphasis on learning and development.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Experience in event planning or program coordination preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS and/or LMS systems is a plus.

    + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and with diverse stakeholders.

     

    Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This role is primarily office-based, with typical office work involving sedentary tasks and occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds). The role requires frequent use of a computer and phone, with occasional travel for training events or meetings. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
