+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

+ Proven expertise in cloud-native data platforms (AWS preferred), including Aurora, DynamoDB, MSK Kafka, and Snowflake.

+ Strong experience with real-time data processing, event-driven architecture, and CDC patterns.

+ Deep understanding of data reliability, reconciliation, and high-availability design.

+ Proficiency in SQL, Python, and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Preferred Skills

+ Experience in financial services or trading systems.
