Job Description
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to primarily lead INTERCEED™ brand and market disruption strategies. The J&J MedTech Surgery franchise offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies-including sutures, hemostasis products, surgical staplers, trocars, and synthetic mesh devices-that surgeons use in a wide variety of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures, and energy based surgical devices.
Join a highly engaged, motivated, and collaborative team to drive the ambition of the full J&J MedTech Biosurgery portfolio. The Marketing Manager, US Biosurgery, will be responsible for leading projects and end-to-end brand management including partnering to develop brand strategy for INTERCEED™, as well as for Commercial Leadership and overall Brand Support. This individual will also be responsible for driving hemostat market disruption through effective omnichannel strategies
Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end brand strategy including customer segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, life cycle management and overall re-branding.
+ Develop and complete a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and enhance brand positioning with a focus on Direct-to-Customer business model.
+ Partnerwith R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, ProfEd, Omni-Channel Marketing, Finance, GSI, and key customers in planning, coordinatingand implementing marketing strategies, digital and education support.
+ Manage supply and demand dynamics, ensuring consistent growth and market presence.
+ Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for expansion.
+ Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies and optimize user engagement.
+ Identifyand explore new technologies, trendsand channels to disrupt the marketand enhance customer engagement with the Biosurgery portfolio of brands.
+ Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and enhance value on marketing investments.
+ Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevantcompany regulations, policies, and procedures.
• **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree - required
+ 5 years of progressive business experience - required
+ 3 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales - required
+ Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence Principles
+ Excellent cross-functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships
+ Experience in the healthcare industry and the Medical Device industry
+ Previous regional in-line marketing and/or Global marketing experience
+ Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management and product lifecycle management
+ Experience with supply chain, global brand management, influencing a Medical Device sales force and new product launch
+ Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insight
+ Proven ability to work in a Global organization with multi-disciplinary collaborators

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000 - $172,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
