**Purpose:** The Manager of Integrated Analytics is responsible for generating, integrating and translating insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action for the Prostate franchise within the Solid Tumor Oncology therapeutic area.
This position will partner closely with brand leadership and cross functional partners and serves as an internal consultant to the Sales & Marketing team and senior franchise leaders. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.
You will be responsible for:
+ Lead development and implementation of measurement, analysis and reporting plan; determining key metrics, optimal analytical approaches and appropriate data sources to measure and monitor performance to enable organization decision making.
+ Ensure seamless integration of analytics from both national and subnational levels across key data sources – prescription, patient, payer and promotion - to evaluate effectiveness of marketing and sales tactics.
+ Serve as a champion for the integration of cross functional capabilities, inclusive of Advanced Analytics, Commercial Deployment Optimization, Field Reporting, and Incentive Compensation Strategy & Design.
+ Apply consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.
+ Apply strength in storytelling and data visualizations in order to deliver effective presentations to brand team partners and senior management.
+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to stay informed of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies.
+ Foster strong learning agility, elevating analytical skills to adopt to new techniques/technology.
+ Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
+ BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
Experience and Skills
Required:
+ A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience required
+ Business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence franchise/brand level decisions and strategies are required
+ Expertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience in storytelling through data visualization and developing effective presentations
+ Ability to work collaboratively with marketing team as well as other cross-functional partners
+ Strong project management skills
+ High degree of intellectual curiosity
Preferred:
+ Oncology experience is preferred
+ Market research, business intelligence, marketing, sales, finance, business analytics, strategic planning, or consulting preferred.
+ Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI and/or Tableau is preferred
+ Experience with pharma data sources (including Rx, claims, and sales sources) is strongly preferred
Other:
+ This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% domestic travel.
