Fisher Associates is looking for aLand Development Group Managerto lead a high-performing team in delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects on time, on budget, and above client expectations.

What You’ll Do as a Land Development Group Manager
+ Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service by promoting Fisher’s capabilities and building lasting relationships.
+ Support the development and execution of business plans.
+ Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring work is prioritized and deadlines are met.
+ Oversee project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
+ Manage and prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
+ Proactively monitor, identify and resolve technical, schedule or financial issues.
+ Successfully lead and manage a team of project managers across multiple locations.
+ Develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated team with strong morale.
+ Mentor staff on technical development, leadership, and client relations.
+ Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, actively coach and support employee growth with career development.
+ Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
+ Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.

Salary Range$150,000-$175,000
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. Salary range excludes monetary value of benefits.

Requirements
What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Land Development Group Manager
+ B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
+ 15+ years minimum in land development engineering design
+ Professional Engineering License (PE)
+ 10 years minimum of project management experience
+ Strong understanding of land development engineering principles, including stormwater management, grading and drainage design, permitting, and regulatory standards
+ Prior experience successfully managing and leading a team
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Proven client relationship and business development success in land development sector
+ Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Civil 3D, MicroStation and HydroCAD preferred
+ Thorough understanding of all phases of land development project design and delivery

Salary Description
$150,000-$175,000 annually
