Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer contacts for HVAC/R repairs and dispatching Service Technicians to the customer site. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for creating work orders and submitting completed work orders to billing.

Responsibilities:
+ Receive service calls via phone, email, and customer websites
+ Input and monitor work order progress with consistent updates to the customer
+ Prioritize and dispatch technicians for service calls; review call history to avoid duplicate calls
+ Follow up on emergency overnight and weekend calls
+ Review completed work orders and submit to billing team
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
+ Call center experience a plus
