Summary
Responsible for overall management and practice performance of the designated practice office(s). Works with senior leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification
N/A
Experience
3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge of practice administration, finance, clinical operations, service excellence and revenue cycle processes.
