**Job Type:** Full-Time; Consultant (6-Month Contract)

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**Starting Pay Rate:** $29.63 per hour

**At PDS Tech Commercial** , we partner with some of the world’s leading aerospace innovators. We are seeking a **highly motivated, detail-driven Supply Chain Specialist** to join our Global Warehousing & Logistics team in **San Antonio, TX** . In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the successful coordination of supply chain strategies that keep aircraft programs on track, on time, and on target.

What You’ll Do:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll operate at the heart of aerospace operations, providing critical support in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain reporting. Your daily responsibilities will include:

+ Supporting and executing supply chain initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and leadership

+ Preparing detailed reports and documentation to assess performance and risk

+ Partnering with subject matter experts to coordinate SCOR principles across warehouse activities

+ Monitoring schedules, allocations, and project kits to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment

+ Leading supplier/customer presentations and engaging in sustainability-focused planning

+ Driving first-time quality through effective cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role

+ 3+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel tools (VBA, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, etc.)

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

+ Familiarity with SCOR principles and supply chain risk mitigation

+ Experience in a warehousing or aerospace manufacturing environment

**Pay Details:** $29.63 per hour
