**Location:** Portland, OR 97230

**Schedule:** Full Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM

**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

As a **Facilities Support Associate** , you'll play a vital role in creating an organized, spotless, and professional atmosphere for our team and guests. Your attention to detail and initiative will directly support our high-performance culture and contribute to our overall success.

Your Daily Impact

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization across all facility areas, including lobbies, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, and lunchrooms

+ Perform a wide range of cleaning duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, carpet shampooing, floor waxing, and trash removal

+ Operate janitorial equipment, including automated floor scrubbers (training available)

+ Restock and manage supplies in cleanrooms, bathrooms, and storage spaces

+ Conduct daily safety checks in all public areas and report concerns to the Facilities Manager

+ Ensure all entrances and exits are secured at the end of your shift

+ Work independently with efficiency and minimal supervision

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment

+ High attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven attitude

+ Experience using janitorial tools and equipment

+ Basic computer skills or willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

+ Experience with general building maintenance or light repairs

**Please Note:** This is a **cleanroom environment** . To maintain air quality, perfumes, colognes, and scented products are not permitted during shifts.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
