    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

    We’re looking for an experienced **Industrial Painter** who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. This hands-on role involves prepping, masking, and painting machinery and parts using a full range of industrial tools—from spray guns and powder coaters to sandblasters and grinders. If you know your way around a shop, understand how to protect surfaces, and can deliver a clean finish, we want to talk to you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Prep and paint machinery, parts, and castings with precision

    + Mix paints and powders to exact specifications

    + Mask and protect non-paint areas with care

    + Use spray equipment, powder coating systems, sanders, and grinders

    + Remove covers, guards, and small components for full coverage

    + Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

    + Help with inventory counts and basic shop support

    What You’ll Work With:

    + Paints, powders, solvents, masking materials

    + Spray rigs, sanders, grinders, hoists, tow motors, ladders, and more

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience in industrial painting or powder coating

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Comfortable working with paint chemicals and shop equipment

    + Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
