PDS Tech Commercial is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join A leading Aerospace Company as Avionics Installers in the fast-paced and innovative aerospace industry. In this critical role, you’ll contribute to the safety and performance of aircraft by helping install and test advanced electrical systems—work that directly impacts the integrity of every flight.

    About the Role

    As an Avionics Installer, you will work under moderate supervision to assist in the installation, modification, and testing of avionics and electrical systems on aircraft. This is an entry-level position—ideal for individuals with foundational electrical knowledge and a strong desire to grow in the aerospace field.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist with the installation and modification of electrical components, wiring, fixtures, and associated equipment.

    + Help fabricate wire harnesses, complete installations and terminations, and conduct functional testing of systems.

    + Work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical worksheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required.

    + Comply with all company safety regulations including FOD, tool control, and 5-S programs.

    + Care for and maintain assigned shop tools and equipment.

    + Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications

    + Basic experience with multimeters and general electrical tools

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Basic computer literacy

    Preferred:

    + Six (6) months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience

    + Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly

    + Completion of a current-year youth apprenticeship program in a related field

    **Pay Details:** $25.66 per hour
