About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are achieved efficiently.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Monitor production and inspect products for quality and accuracy

+ Record and report production data and performance metrics

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

+ Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma preferred but not required

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate machine operation

+ Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

+ Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Preferred Attributes:

+ Strong coordination, motor skills, and attention to detail

+ Ability to analyze information and troubleshoot basic issues

+ Team player with the ability to work independently

+ Clear communication and willingness to learn

**Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour
