    About the Role

    As a **Machine Operator** , you’ll learn to operate machinery and perform tasks such as forging, grinding, diffusion bonding, and inspecting titanium and other metals. You’ll be trained under direct supervision and gradually gain the skills needed to work independently in a high-performance production environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for metal processing tasks

    + Perform duties related to titanium, non-titanium, and diffusion bonding operations

    + Assist with reclaim sorting, annealing, and inspection of metal components

    + Operate hand and power tools, forklifts, and company vehicles

    + Participate in safety programs and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives and the Honeywell Operating System (HOS)

    + Complete training programs and support on-site inspections at outside converters

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Willingness to learn new procedures and operate industrial equipment

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in extreme heat

    + Basic math and computer skills; ability to read blueprints and use micrometers

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

    Special Considerations:

    + Exposure to loud noise, heat, and physical risks is expected

    + All candidates must pass a physical and lift test prior to starting

    + Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and metatarsal boots required

    + **Schedule:** Rotating Shifts | Monday–Friday

    + 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

    + 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
