    What We Need:

    The Vice President of Product Management is a critical member of the Healthcare and People Solutions leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the company’s innovation, product management, and portfolio growth. This leader will own the full spectrum of strategic growth levers, including organic innovation, portfolio strategy, clinical affairs, partnerships, and licensing.

     

    The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical or technical expertise, proven product management leadership, and a history of driving transformative innovation and successfully launching new products. This role will steer the company’s shift from products to integrated solutions while optimizing portfolio focus and operational efficiency.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Own and drive the portfolio strategy across hardware, consumables, and software by prioritizing high-impact opportunities and maintaining a dynamic roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and innovation.

    + Lead and mentor the product management team to drive successful product launches and lifecycle management, ensure strategies are aligned by clinical relevance, customer insights, and commercial viability across all portfolio segments.

    + Build and manage a robust innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization by fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration, leveraging customer co-creation and emerging technologies, and balancing organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

    + Lead strategic partnership development and due diligence efforts for engaging with healthcare technology companies, health systems, and ecosystem partners.

    + Ensure clinical relevance and credibility of offerings through evidence generation and Key Opinion Leader (KOLs) engagement, while collaborating with regulatory and quality teams to drive compliance and clinical adoption readiness.

    + Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across product management, innovation, and clinical strategy, while fostering a data-driven, customer-focused culture and contributing to executive leadership as a direct report to the General Manager.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Nursing, Life Sciences, Engineering is required. Advanced degree (MBA, MD, MSN, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.

    + 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in product management, portfolio growth, and/or innovation within the healthcare technology sector.

    + Proven record of accomplishment of successful new product launches spanning hardware, consumables, and software.

    + Demonstrated experience transitioning a business from a product-centric to a solution-oriented model.

    + Experience in building and managing an organic and inorganic portfolio pipeline.

    + Hands-on experience leading strategic partnerships and licensing agreements.

    + Ability to travel up to 40%.
