Description
Compensation:$65,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule:Monday-Friday, flexible and variable schedule

The Role:TheClinic Regional Directorworks under the supervision of the Vice President of Clinical Operations, to provide day-to-day leadership to Ideal Option Medical Assistant Clinic Staff and oversee the daily clinical operations. Additional responsibilities include:
+ Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Operations in oversight of the development and supervision of Medical Assistants in their region.
+ Responsible for interviewing candidates for employment in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Coordinates new hire training and participates in onboarding of new employees.
+ Ensures all Medical Assistant staff are up to date on required licensor and continuing education.
+ Monitor, evaluate, and address employee performance. Completes annual performance evaluations for all Medical Assistant staff under their supervision.
+ Provide motivation and education to support the success of the Medical Assistant team.
+ Routinely evaluate staffing needs and efficient allocation of resources within region and across the organization.
+ Implementation and monitoring of new processes, policies, and procedures.
+ Timekeeping.
+ Act as liaison for clinic facilities concerns.
+ Complies with national PHI laws, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
+ Maintains continually sustained attendance.
+ Collaborate with teams and departments to achieve clinic performance goals.
+ May be required to provide clinic coverage.
+ Provide support for patients in addressing clinic concerns.
+ Participate in collection and distribution of clinic metrics in support of organizational objectives.
Requirements

Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or commensurate experience in a healthcare or management setting.
+ 3-5+ years of management experience.
+ Experience managing staff in multiple locations.
+ 1-5 years healthcare experience.
+ Physically located in Washington State.
Minimum Requirements to be considered:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must reside near Ideal Option's organizational business needs.
+ Ability to travel. Domestic travel may be required for clinic rounds, patient care, community outreach, clinic development, and/or mandatory meetings.
+ Maintain BLS/CPR certification for healthcare.
+ Maintain clean driving record with unrestricted license.
