    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Heavy Construction** **Laborers** for projects located in **Uxbridge, MA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a **Prevailing Wage** **of $68.80/hour** .     Job Scope:

    + Perform physical labor tasks to support earthwork and excavation operations, including cut and fill grading.

    + Assist in the layout, construction, and backfilling of retaining walls.

    + Dig and backfill trenches for conduit and underground utility installations.

    + Operate hand tools and small equipment under the direction of site supervisors.

    + Ensure job site cleanliness and safety by adhering to established safety protocols.

    + Follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively with crew members.

    + Work collaboratively as part of a civil construction team in varying outdoor conditions.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 2 years in heavy civil or sitework construction with hands-on experience in excavation, grading, and underground utility preparation.

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. - TI offers course to qualified employees who have yet to obtain the certification.

    + Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather and site conditions.

    + Standard PPE

    + Must have reliable transportation to and from job site.

    + Must be available for the full duration of the project and committed to maintaining strong attendance.
