    Job Summary:

    The Field Marketing Manager at Beaver Creek is responsible for bringing to life the resort brand strategy developed by the centralized brand marketing team, and enhancing the guest experience. This is achieved through executing carefully curated events and activations, facilitating partner integrations, creating in-resort communication, signage and guest-facing promotional material, managing creative production, supporting go-to-market , and owning the resort website. The Field Marketing Manager will be on the Resort Marketing Team; working cross-functionally to serve as the on-the-ground marketing representative at Beaver Creek. This person will be responsible for delivering results safely, on time, and with executional excellence, in service of the guest experience.

     

    This candidate will have a strong background as a brand marketer, an event and activations specialist, and as a self-starter, working across teams and stakeholders such as departments, agencies, community organizations, and operational teams. This person will bring a willingness to learn and jump in on a range of projects. Flexibility, responsiveness, and proactivity are crucial.

    Job Specifications:

    + Starting Wage: $76,000 - $85,000 + Annual Bonus

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Develop, collaborate, and execute events, programs, and activations that bring the resort brand to life. This candidate will lead the ideation and execution of events and activations that elevate the guest experience. This includes collaborating with the centralized brand marketing team on event strategy and overseeing execution including staffing, contracts, signage, partnerships, and in-resort coordination.

    + Execute partner integration on-mountain/in-resort in collaboration with the Strategic Alliance team. The candidate will ideate and partner with cross-functional teams to create opportunities and value for advertising partner brands. This includes delivering successful partner events, activations, signage, and other deliverables. This role is the on-the-ground marketing representative to align and support partner and resort brand goals.

    + Support the promotion and execution of on-mountains and village events and activities led by other departments such as mountain operations and ski patrol, food and beverage, hospitality, etc.

    + Direct and execute in-resort messaging, signage, and guest-facing promotional materials in and around the resort. This person will ensure brand cohesion and consistency across all guest touchpoints in the resort and ensure the messages aid the guests in their experience. Key touchpoints include in-resort signage, digital apps and screens, and website communications.

    + Manage the Beaver Creek resort website with accurate and relevant information. Execute content updates to core pages of the website to reflect winter and summer operational details, guest experience news, and event calendar alongside a cross-functional team to meet business goals throughout the annual calendar.

    + Drive the promotion of the brand at the resort and in the community. This person will cultivate relationships with local organizations, the mountain division, and community partners to be the brand's steward. Relationship management with leadership is a critical skill for success.

    Job Requirements:

    + Four-year college degree with an emphasis in marketing, business, and/or communications

    + 5-6 years of marketing, event, sales, or other related experience

    + Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management

    + High degree of organization, attention to detail, and passion for brand and experiential marketing.

    + Field Marketing, Brand Marketing Specialist, Experiential Production, Event Management, Food & Beverage Marketing experience

     

    The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,000 - $85,000 + Annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
