    Job Title: Retail Packaging Associate

     

    Express Employment in Platteville WI has partnered with a local business in **MUSCODA WI** to search for a candidate to support their business in a **Retail Packager.** This is a full-time position.

    Job Description

    We’re looking for a reliable team member to help make sure all packaged products meet quality standards before reaching customers. You’ll assist with daily tasks, follow food safety rules, and support smooth production in the retail packaging department.

    Main Duties:

    + Help with daily tasks like equipment use, cleaning, and job rotation

    + Make sure products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards

    + Report any food safety or equipment issues right away

    + Retrieve packaging supplies like bags, boxes, and labels

    + Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including:

    + Cheese prep and cleaning

    + Cutting, loading, bagging

    + Labeling, packing, and palletizing

    + Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices):

    + Wear proper hair restraints and safety gear

    + Wash hands and change gloves as required

    + Stay in designated areas and follow traffic patterns

    + Keep the workplace safe and free of horseplay

    + Help enforce all company and food safety policies

    + Perform other tasks as needed to support the team

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Packaging or food handling experience is a plus

    + Able to follow instructions and work on your feet

    + Must be safety- and quality-focused

    Hours: 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
