PeaceHealth Orchards Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician for the Priority Care team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. The unique design of the Orchards Clinic offers patients the opportunity to complete expedited electronic check-in and go straight to their exam room from the lobby. At Orchards we continue to serve patients who need to see a doctor quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, severe colds and flu, allergies and rashes. Practice Highlights:
+ Variable Schedule: 0.9 FTE Full-time, Three twelve hour shifts weekly.
+ 36 patient contact hours weekly and no call requirements.
+ Collaborate with a Priority Care team across Vancouver.
+ Seeing all ages: Up to ~40 walk in and scheduled patients. Non-paneled position. Fast-paced practice with EPIC EMR, Dragon, & DAX.
+ 14 exam spaces shared with the Family Medicine team, with on-site Digital X-Ray, pharmacist and point of care lab testing available.

+ First Year Salary Guarantee: 0.9 FTE: $273,611.00
+ If production exceeds guaranteed salary after two full quarters, the clinician has the option to move to the production-based model the following quarter, plus up to 10% in value measures.
