Who You Are:

You are someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations. You are passionate about leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance facility management and operational efficiency. You are a collaborative leader who bridges the gap between design and operations, ensuring seamless data integration and innovation.

The Impact You Will Have:

As the Senior Manager, BIM Integration & Innovation, you will lead the integration and optimization of BIM processes within facility operations. You will serve as a key liaison between Facilities Operations and Development Design teams, ensuring BIM data transitions effectively from design and construction to operations.

What You Will Do:

+ Collaborate with the Development Design BIM Manager to ensure seamless handover of BIM data from project development to facilities operations

+ Manage and optimize BIM models for use in facility management, space planning, and asset tracking

+ Support the implementation of BIM for maintenance, renovations, and operational efficiencies

+ Work closely with facility managers and maintenance teams to ensure BIM data is accessible and usable for daily operations

+ Identify and implement workflows that enhance data integration between BIM models and facilities management systems

+ Train and support facilities staff on utilizing BIM tools for operational needs

+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues within the operations environment

+ Ensure that as-built models and asset data remain accurate and up to date

+ Manage CAD/Revit & CFD workflows

+ Willingness to travel as needed to QTS sites for program updates

What You Will Need to be Successful:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field

+ 7+ years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on facilities operations or lifecycle management

+ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM-integrated facilities management tools

+ Understanding of asset management, space planning, and maintenance workflows in a BIM environment

+ Strong problem-solving and technical support skills

+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with both development design teams and facilities operations staff

+ Proven communication skills & leadership attributes

+ Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction Products
