As an Electrical Contracting Superintendent with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support multiple industrial/commercial and residential projects in Raleigh/Durham & Leland, NC areas as well as traveling within other states. Responsibilities:

+ Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Contracting Superintendent to oversee and manage hotel projects from inception to completion

+ The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety

+ Hours: 5 days x's 8hr days

+ Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical contracting projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination

+ Oversee and lead project teams, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of project tasks

+ Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations

+ Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion

+ Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction

+ Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports

+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

+ Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship

+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

+ Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

+ 3 years minimum of Hospitality experience either as an installer or lead 3 years minimum of superintendent experience

+ Local with desire to travel for future projects

+ Must be able to lead a crew of 8-10 workers

+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

+ Proficiency in project management software and tools

+ Valid electrician's license and any other relevant certifications
