    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Operate heavy machinery to move dirt, soil, rocks, and other materials

    + Collaborate with construction teams and supervisors to meet project goals

    + Ensure equipment maintenance and safety procedures are followed

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

    + Analyze terrain and elevation for proper equipment use and material removal

    + Inspect equipment for safety and maintenance needs

    + Adhere to local and federal safety regulations

    Qualifications:

    + Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically dozers

    + Ability to cut grade, slope and trenches ideal Knowledge of safety measures and equipment maintenance

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills Physically fit to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

    + Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

    + Physical Demands: Ability to sit and operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

    + Ability to climb onto and off of equipment Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds

    + Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
