• Receiving (Drop) Lot Coordinator (Seasonal)

    Conagra (Imlay City, MI)


    In this role you will work onsite at Conagra's facility located in Imlay City, Michigan. You will work part time hours normally starting at 8:00 a.m. finishing around 1:00 p.m. You may be required to work Saturday and Sunday based on business demand. You will receive hourly rate of $20.00/hour. You will provide customer service support for inbound/outbound truck drivers. You will work in a team environment. This role is seasonal with ability to return year over year. Anticipated to continue until November.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.

     

    + Maintain & Distribute Drop lot sheet twice a shift or more as needed.

    + Coordinate inbound and outbound schedules for all departments

    + Retrieve warehouse schedule

    + Check in trailers, verify pickup/reference numbers. Trailer/container numbers and verify Driver’s License and any inspections required.

    + Assign drivers where to drop and pick up trailers

    + Verify seal number when driver picks up load and sign bills for outbound finished goods loads.

    + Give instruction on moving tandems.

    + Complete special projects, duties and assignments, as appropriate.
