As an **Executive Recruiter** , you’ll play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, partnering closely with senior business leaders, and delivering top executive talent that drives our clients’ success. We are currently hiring an **Executive Recruiter** to support one of our global clients. This role is **fully remote within the United States** .

In This Role, You Will:

+ Lead **full-cycle executive recruitment** for senior leadership roles (VP, Director, and other high-level positions) across multiple functions.

+ Partner closely with business leaders and HR to design and execute **tailored executive search strategies** aligned with business goals.

+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active executive talent using advanced sourcing methods, talent mapping, and market research.

+ Deliver a **high-touch candidate experience** and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and leadership stakeholders.

+ Track, analyze, and report on **key recruitment metrics** to drive continuous improvement in executive hiring processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ **7+ years of** **full-cycle** **recruiting experience** , with a focus on executive or senior leadership hiring.

+ Proven expertise in **executive sourcing** (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) and engaging senior-level passive talent.

+ Strong relationship-building and **stakeholder management** skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.

+ Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-level searches within a **fast-paced and confidential environment** .

+ Proficiency with **ATS and CRM systems** and experience leveraging recruitment data and metrics to influence decisions.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to and consulting with executives.

+ **U.S.-based** with the ability to work fully remote. Minimal travel may be required for key business or leadership meetings.
