The following position is to join our **RTX Corporate TA Team:**
The **Principal Specialist, Talent Acquisition** will partner with hiring managers to attract world-class talent to RTX in order to achieve the outcome of leading high-performing teams. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and talent attraction, this role will partner with hiring managers, educating them on the recruitment process, coaching them through candidate selection, and assisting them through the full recruitment lifecycle. In parallel, this role will take a keen interest in learning about their assigned internal customer groups and will take a proactive approach with pipelining talent and leveraging RTX's sourcing tools and investments.
What You Will Do
+ Own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers and business partners within RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services and/or Technology & General Engineering (RTRC, BBN).
+ Leverage a deep knowledge of team and business objectives to serve as a thought partner and a trusted talent advisor for hiring managers.
+ Conduct thorough intake calls to understand a hiring manager's requisition and their expectations, setting the hiring partnership up for success.
+ Partner with hiring managers to help define their needs by coaching, asking questions, and providing data, in order for them to make informed hiring decisions.
+ Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of screened, qualified candidates along with insights and recommendations.
+ Champion the RTX employer brand and drive talent attraction by leveraging your network and creating authentic content that amplifies our employer brand and showcases what its like to work at RTX.
+ Create robust search strategies and leverage sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Yello, to pipeline top talent.
+ Throughout the candidate lifecycle, focus on creating a positive candidate and new hire experience through frequent and thorough communication.
+ Assess external talent using behavioral and technical evaluation techniques.
+ Aim to improve hiring processes to support business goals by leveraging the CORE operating system to identify areas of improvement and deploying applicable improvement methods that change processes, tools and /or work environments.
+ Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors impacting your business to better assess the candidate market, resulting in successful talent pipelining and quicker times to fill.
+ Partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior experience in full lifecycle recruitment, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
+ Prior experience with data analytics, specifically data collection, analysis, and presentation of recruitment data and insights to hiring managers or business partners to inform and influence decision making.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
+ CORE Apprentice Certified
Qualifications We Prefer
+ Prior experience in recruiting for campus programs, to include talent engagement at universities and/ or facilitating intern events.
+ Ability to influence peers, candidates, stakeholders, partners through quality data, sound decision making, and executive presence.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to senior level executives in different industries.
+ Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business aptitude, specifically partnering with, advising, and influencing executive leadership and connecting business evolution to talent priorities.
Location
+ Remote; this role can be worked anywhere in the domestic U.S (excluding U.S Territories).

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
