    Our Senior Recruiter is responsible for executing all aspects of the recruiting strategy, which involves:

    + Partnering closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines

    + Acting as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership

    + Taking a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners

    + Contributing to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team

    + Sourcing and identify passive candidates to build teams through use of Boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques

    + Identifying new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

    Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

    + Seeking a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience

    + English written and spoken professional proficiency

    + A desire to represent yourself, KellyOCG, and the client with integrity and courtesy

    + An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
