NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Associate Eligibility Specialist** to join our team in **Pittsburgh, PA** .
Associate Eligibility Specialist
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
Start Date: 8/11/2025
Shift: M-F 7:00a-3:30 pm
Employment Type: Long Term Contract /Not a Direct Hire
Position Summary:
This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely customer support to ensure successful member enrollment for Medicare services. The Enrollment Support Specialist will work closely with new and existing Medicare member clients to process enrollments and related requests, ensuring compliance with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and process various types of documents, routing them to the appropriate departments.
+ Handle returned mail and update member addresses accordingly.
+ Consistently meet monthly quality and productivity goals.
+ Follow detailed work instructions related to enrollment tasks.
Required Experience & Skills:
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience related to CMS guidelines and Medicare Part D enrollment processes.
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Education:
+ Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
