Job Description

The Data Management Specialist assists the Data Management Analysts with ensuring that all HR and employee data is accurate. Performs general office work like filing, responding to inquiries, researching issues, auditing, and running reports. Assists with supporting HR functions including payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee management, support self-service functionalities. Maintains the integrity and reliability of all data, which includes performing regular audits and troubleshooting issues.

Education And Credentials

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Math or Sciences preferred.

Experience

Analyzing Data or previous HR experience required. Human Resource Information System or other Computer System maintenance preferred.

**Salary Range:** $61,756.50 - $84,922.50
