    The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the HR department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Administrative Support** : Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining personnel files, drafting correspondence, and managing HR databases.

    + **Recruitment Assistance** : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates about their application status.

    + **Employee Onboarding** : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

    + **Record Maintenance** : Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records by inputting employment and status-change data while maintaining confidentiality.

    + **Policy Implementation** : Help implement HR policies and procedures, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related questions.

    + **Event Coordination** : Organize HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    + **Education** : A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    + **Experience** : Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR, is advantageous.

    + **Organizational Skills** : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    + **Communication Skills** : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management professionally.

    + **Confidentiality** : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

    + Must be willing to complete shipments and inventories, stocking and other tasks as deemed necessary by managment.

    Schedule:

    Monday through Friday

     

    7:30 AM to 430 PM, 1 hour lunch

    BILINGUAL REQUIRED
